Notes:
To keep the power of sterilization for cutting board, we highly recommend
to always keep the surface clean and sometimes polishing the metal
scrubbing brush. The sterilization does not work to the flaw some
food sticks to the board. The colour will changed with constant use
of Wasabi, Mustard, Garlic and etc, so please do not put them on the
cutting board. It is important not to put the cutting board into the
Sterilization Storage with ultraviolet rays. After use, wash with
synthetic detergent using cold or hot water. Do not use with bleach
and cholonic detergent. |
